Usage & Capacity
You Don't Need to Manage This
Toffu gives you a generous monthly capacity that covers most workflows without any action on your part. You can focus entirely on your marketing goals - the system handles resource allocation automatically.
Your plan includes a daily allowance that resets every day. If you ever approach a limit, Toffu will let you know at that point. There is no need to monitor or track usage proactively.
In practice, most users never hit their limits during normal use. Just ask Toffu what you need, and it takes care of the rest.
How Capacity Works
Think of your plan as a monthly capacity for getting work done. Each day, you receive a fresh allowance. The system allocates resources based on what your request needs - more complex workflows use more capacity, simpler ones use less. This happens in the background without any action required from you.
Some things that naturally use more capacity:
- Larger datasets - analyzing a full quarter of analytics data vs. a single week
- Multi-step workflows - research + analysis + content creation in one request
- Multiple integrations - pulling data from several connected tools at once
None of this requires planning on your part. Toffu is designed so that typical daily workflows fit comfortably within your allowance.
What Are Credits?
Behind the scenes, Toffu uses an internal unit called "credits" to measure the computational work involved in each request. This is similar to how cloud services use units like CPU-hours or API tokens - it is an internal accounting mechanism, not something you need to think about day-to-day.
Credits are how the system measures work internally. They reflect the amount of data processed, the number of tools accessed, and the complexity of the analysis performed. Your plan's daily allowance is expressed in credits, but the key takeaway is simple: your plan is designed to cover your normal usage.
Getting the Most From Your Capacity
The best way to use Toffu efficiently is to write clear, focused requests. This is not about "saving credits" - it is about getting better results.
Be specific about what you need: A focused request like "Analyze my LinkedIn engagement for the past two weeks and suggest three content improvements" will produce more useful results than "Help me with my social media."
Combine related tasks: If you need competitive research and content ideas on the same topic, ask for both in one request rather than splitting them up.
Build on previous work: Reference assets in your Library or Knowledge base so Toffu does not have to rebuild context from scratch.

If You Reach a Limit
On the rare occasion you approach your daily capacity, Toffu will notify you. You can:
- Wait for your daily allowance to reset
- Upgrade your plan for higher capacity
- Prioritize your most important requests
This is uncommon for most users during regular use. Your plan is sized to handle typical marketing workflows comfortably.
