Companies
A company is the container for everything Toffu does for one business: its knowledge, memory, library, integrations, scheduled tasks, team members, and credits.
One company = one business or one client.
What lives inside a company
Each company has its own:
- Knowledge (brand info, documents, URLs)
- Memory (what Toffu has learned about the business)
- Library (docs, sheets, and assets Toffu created)
- Integrations (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Scheduled tasks
- Team members and roles
- Credits and billing
Nothing is shared between companies. If you switch companies, you switch contexts entirely.
Your first company
Your first company is created automatically when you sign up, using the website URL you provide. There is nothing extra to set up.
Adding another company
Use this if you manage more than one business (for example, an agency with multiple clients, or a brand with multiple distinct ventures).
- Click the company switcher in the top-right corner.
- Click Add Company.
- Enter the new company's name and website URL.
- Click Continue.
Plan requirement: Adding a second company requires the Scale plan or higher. Free and Business plans include one company only. See Choosing Your Plan or the pricing page for current limits.
Switching companies
Click the company switcher in the top-right corner and pick another company from the list. Toffu reloads with that company's knowledge, integrations, and chats.
Editing a company
- Open the company switcher.
- Click the pencil icon next to the company.
- Update the company name or website URL.
- Click Save.
Deleting a company
- Open the company switcher.
- Click the pencil icon next to the company.
- Click Delete, then confirm.
If the company has an active subscription, you'll be asked to cancel the subscription first.
Agencies: managing client companies
If you run an agency, the Agency plan is built for you. It gives you:
- Unlimited client companies
- Unlimited team members
- Consolidated billing across all clients
- White-label reports
- Separate companies per client (so each client's data, integrations, and credits stay isolated)

Common questions
Can I share knowledge or memory between companies? No. Each company is fully isolated. If you want Toffu to know the same brand details across two companies, you have to add them in both.
Can I move a chat from one company to another? No. Chats belong to the company they were created in.
Can I add another company on the Free or Business plan? No. You'll be prompted to upgrade to Scale or higher.
