Support Mode is Toffu's free help system that lets you ask questions about how to use Toffu, understand features, troubleshoot issues, and get guidance—all without consuming any credits.

What is Support Mode?

Support Mode is a special mode in Toffu's chat interface that enables free, unlimited questions about Toffu itself. When enabled, you can:

  • Ask how Toffu works - Learn about features, capabilities, and best practices
  • Get troubleshooting help - Resolve issues and understand error messages
  • Learn about integrations - Understand how to connect and use tools
  • Ask questions freely - No credit consumption for support-related questions

How to Enable Support Mode

  1. Find the Help Icon - Look for the help circle icon (?) in the bottom-right corner of the chat interface
  2. Click to Toggle - Click the icon to enable or disable Support Mode
  3. Visual Confirmation - When enabled, you'll see a blue indicator showing "Support Mode" is active
  4. Free Messaging - All messages sent in this mode are free (no credits consumed)

When to Use Support Mode

Perfect for:

  • Learning how Toffu features work
  • Troubleshooting issues and errors
  • Understanding how to set up integrations
  • Getting guidance on best practices
  • Asking "How do I...?" questions

Not for:

  • Executing marketing workflows
  • Creating content or campaigns
