Our Subprocessors
To provide our services, we use a number of third-party companies and services as subprocessors. These subprocessors may have access to certain customer data in the course of providing their services to us. This page lists our subprocessors and describes what we use them for.
We have taken care to ensure that all our subprocessors are compliant with data protection regulations, including the GDPR.
Subprocessor | Purpose |
---|---|
Anthropic | We use Anthropic for providing AI-powered features within our application. Customer data may be processed by Anthropic's language models to generate text, provide assistance, or perform other tasks as part of our service. |
OpenAI | We use OpenAI for similar AI-powered features, including text generation, content creation, and other language model functionalities. Customer data may be processed by OpenAI to enable these features. |
We use Google's services for AI capabilities (like Gemini) and for analytics purposes (Google Analytics). This helps us understand how our services are used and to improve them. Data processed may include user interactions, usage data, and content processed by Google's AI models. | |
Pinecone | We use Pinecone as a vector database to power our semantic search and recommendation features. This may involve storing and processing embeddings of customer data. |
Sentry | We use Sentry for real-time error tracking and application monitoring. When an error occurs, Sentry may capture data related to the error, which can include user-related information, to help us diagnose and fix issues. |
Stripe | We use Stripe for payment processing services. Stripe handles all payment and billing information. We do not store credit card details on our servers. Stripe processes customer data to manage payments, prevent fraud, and handle billing inquiries. |
PostHog | We use PostHog for product analytics to understand user behavior and improve our service. This includes tracking user interactions, feature usage, and other events within our application. |
MongoDB Atlas | We use MongoDB Atlas as our primary database service for storing application data. This includes user account information, content created by users, and other data necessary for the functioning of our service. |
This list is subject to change, and we will update it as our use of subprocessors evolves.
