I would like to share the vision behind Toffu AI. There was a moment when it became clear that AI had crossed a line. It was no longer just a chatbot answering questions. It could now reach into real tools, decide when and how to use them, and take action toward a goal on its own. That ability to act is what we call "agency." An AI with agency stops being a chatbot and becomes an agent. The moment I understood that, I knew the world was about to change. This realization led to the creation of Toffu AI.
