AI Agent ROI Calculator

Work out what an AI marketing agent is actually worth to your team. Pick a task, enter the hours it takes a marketer today and their loaded hourly cost, and the calculator returns what that one run costs in human time, what Toffu charges to do the same work, and the return on the difference.

What the numbers mean

Most marketing teams lose the same hours every month to work that has a predictable shape: pulling last week's spend out of four ad platforms, rebuilding the same client report, checking whether any campaign quietly blew its budget overnight. That work is necessary, it is rarely strategic, and it scales linearly with the number of accounts you run. The calculator prices exactly that block of time.

How the ROI is calculated

Human cost is your loaded hourly rate multiplied by the hours the task takes today. Toffu cost is fixed per use case: what one run of that task costs in credits. Savings is the difference between the two, and ROI is savings divided by the Toffu cost, as a percentage. Every figure is for a single run, not a month. Multiply by how often you actually run the task to get a monthly number.

What the calculator leaves out

It counts only the time of one task, because time is the number you can verify from a timesheet. It carries no subscription, no onboarding cost and no payback period. It also ignores the upside that is real but harder to defend in a business case: catching an overspending campaign the same day instead of at month end, running a search-term review weekly instead of quarterly, or giving a client a report on the morning they asked for it. Treat the result as a floor, not a forecast.
